Most people have their own communication device like a mobile phone, but nobody wants to communicate directly with someone who never know each other on the phone. From this premise, in order to make people in New Malden communicate with someone in central London indirectly, I suggest devices to interact with each other between two places. Voice is easy and fast way to operate the device and has own characteristics like a fingerprint. With voice of people in New Malden, the device sends images of faces to another device in central London. People in Charing cross receive the images and use the device to send their face to New Malden again.
